Raven Haddad BSN RN is the Director of Operations at Michigan Weight Loss Institute. She brings over a decade of clinical nursing experience — from the Cardiovascular ICU at Henry Ford Health System to clinical leadership in home health. At MWLI, she keeps the practice running smoothly so every patient gets coordinated, high-quality care.
Clinical Background
Raven spent four years as an ICU nurse in the Cardiovascular Surgical Unit at Henry Ford Health System. She then served as Clinical Nurse Supervisor at two home health organizations — where she built clinical teams and improved patient outcomes. She holds a B.S.N. from Oakland University and a background in Nutrition Sciences from Michigan State University.
Her Role at MWLI
Raven joined MWLI as a Medical Liaison in September 2025 and became Director of Operations in February 2026. She manages credentialing, payer enrollment, compliance, and revenue cycle workflows. She works directly with Dr. Rita Kathawa, MD to ensure every patient’s weight loss program runs without gaps.

Raven believes a well-run practice is part of the care. When patients feel informed and supported, they do better. She brings clinical accuracy, operational efficiency, and genuine warmth to every patient interaction at MWLI.
Expanding Clinical Services
As Michigan Weight Loss Institute continues to grow its medical aesthetics offerings, Raven is expanding her clinical role to support patient care beyond operations. She is currently completing formal training in Morpheus8, a radiofrequency microneedling treatment used to tighten skin, stimulate collagen, and improve skin laxity after weight loss. Morpheus8 is currently offered at MWLI by Stephanie Shaheen, PA-C, and Raven will soon begin providing this treatment as part of the practice’s growing aesthetics program.
